The hotel offers nice, albeit slightly dated rooms. The Master Suite with two bedrooms, kitchen, and small living room was spacious, but the balcony was more of a limited space. The staff were friendly and accommodating, although one negative encounter impacted the overall experience. The location, while requiring a bit of a climb, is good with nearby dining options and access to Mismaloya Beach.
The hotel is perched on a steep hill with incredible views, offering clean and well-kept facilities but requiring a challenging hike up. The rooms are cozy with a separate bedroom area, providing a quiet retreat. Dining options vary from upscale to street vendors, while the pool area is a relaxing spot to unwind.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, right by the bay, and close to many excellent restaurants. The rooms, though overlooking the bay and a bit sparse on glasses and flatware, were spotless and had everything we needed. Being situated at the back, it was wonderfully quiet. However, the journey up the 200+ stairs showcasing great views might not be for everyone.
My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, boasting a wrap-around corner balcony with beautiful flowering plants and stunning views. The service was exceptional, with cheerful and accommodating staff who went the extra mile to ensure a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, only a few blocks from the Malecón and other attractions. The dining options were satisfactory, although exploring nearby eateries added more flavor to my culinary experience.
The hotel had a fantastic view from my room on the fourth floor, overlooking the whole city, but it was disappointing that the room was dirty. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond for us, even sharing ice for our Margaritas. The location offers breathtaking views of Puerto Vallarta and the ocean, but be prepared for the climb up the 200+ stairs. The dining options were limited at the hotel, but nearby taco stands and local eateries provided great value for money.
